Emesé maintains a strict ‘no refund’ policy on all purchases of goods or services in cases of change of mind. This policy also applies to all medical procedures, including injectables, as well as dermal treatments and procedures.

Exchanges may be provided within 14 days of purchase for retail items if remaining in original packaging and unused however we do not offer refunds or exchanges on used products under any circumstances.
