Booking Policy

We are pleased to offer complimentary initial appointments to all new clients as part of our commitment to professional and personalized care. An initial appointment takes approximately half an hour and gives us a chance to discuss what you’d like to achieve with Emese and the best way to get there.

We kindly ask that you respect our time and scheduling policies, and any missed appointments may incur fees for a no show.

Treatment Costs

All procedure and treatment costs are determined prior to your appointment and will be clearly outlined during your consultation. This includes the cost of the treatment itself, the number of sessions recommended, and any applicable aftercare or maintenance fees. You will receive a full explanation of pricing so there are no surprises on the day.

As all treatment plans and costs are agreed upon in advance, full payment is required on the day of your appointment. We do not offer credit or delayed payment options unless explicitly arranged in advance. We believe in transparent pricing and are committed to ensuring you feel fully informed and confident before proceeding with any treatment.

Informed Consent

Before any treatment is carried out, we require signed informed consent from all clients. This process includes a thorough explanation of the procedure(s), potential risks and benefits, recovery expectations, contraindications, and alternative options where applicable. Our team is available to answer any questions you may have, and we will never rush this process. Your comfort, safety, and confidence in your treatment plan are our top priorities.
