Scarless Mole Removal
We use the surgitron surgical device which is used for the removal of small benign skin lesions.
The surgitron device uses a special electrode tip to deliver the radiofrequency energy to remove the skin lesion or destroy it. The tip generates heat which is targeted towards the lesion itself but the surrounding tissues are not affected, allowing the treated areas to heal effectively with little to no scarring.
This tip will also prevent any bleeding at the wound site through the coagulation effect.

Traditional surgical excision where the lesion is removed with underlying skin & wound is sutured
Radiofrequency and curettage. We use the surgitron surgical device device which is very effective for the removal of small benign skin lesions.
Alternatively we also offer Cryotherapy. This is a freezing technique that uses extreme cold temperature produced by liquid nitrogen to destroy specific skin lesions.
Cryotherapy can be used for solar keratoses also commonly referred to as sun spots & also removes small skin tags & warts.
